First basic changes after install zendcart

Step1: Change directory admin to new name, for example: new name is adminpage
Step2: Install new language Vietnamese
- Download new language and copy to directory includes\languages\ and adminpage\includes\languages\
- Go to menu Localization→Languages, then click button new language

Step3: Go to menu Localization→Currency, then click button new currency to add new currency below:

Decimal Places: 4
